Horrible customer service. They treated my mother in law terribly, after keeping her mower for two months. The owner was aggressive and rude and staff unresponsive. Stay away.

Lack of product knowledge and sub-par customer service. Was upsold the wrong items after telling two different salesmen exactly what I wanted, and paid double what the item I needed costs at Home Depot. Later spoke to the same salesperson who didn't seem to care much about selling me the wrong product, so I won't be spending any more money here.

I've always had a good experience with Brown Enterprises. I rent a 12-inch chipper for a day or two most years to clean up the yard. Only once did the chipper have some issues, but they brought another one over right away and left it for an extra day at no expense.

WOW!!! OVER PRICED!!!! I rented a floor sander, great pick up. Then I return to be charged $140 for 1 day, I used 4 belts. ALMOST $20 A BELT! Be sure you know what you're paying for the extras or get your own somewhere else!
