Excellent, reliable local appliance choice! My wife and I purchased a new refrigerator a few months ago and we are so pleased with everything BVA did for us. They took their time helping us decide which options would be best now and as we continued to replace appliances in the near future. They were priced well. They had a quick delivery timeline. And, they had a great delivery team. Thank you for a great experience!

We had Brook Valley outfit our entire kitchen plus a washer/dryer about 5 years ago. Our Sub-Zero has had a few issues with the icemaker and they have always promptly dispatched a crew to fix the problems. We are purchasing an ice machine which will require plumbing for water intake and connection to a drain. Ken was very clear they no longer do those types of installations, so the problems some reviews highlighted about installation from several years ago are clearly "lessons learned". We will continue to go to them for our appliance needs and can heartily recommend them.

Needed a dishwasher repaired. Between coming the first time to assess the problem and back to repair it, they did research and learned that they could fix it without putting in a new part saving me money. They went above and beyond. These guys were very skilled, professional and friendly.

Terrific experience from start to finish! It's so wonderul to work with salespeople and installers with such deep experience who make the (stressful) process of replacing a broken appliance feel straigthforward and manageable. We selected a dishwasher that met our specs perfectly at a reasonable price and the team that installed it was on-time, friendly, and efficient. Couldn't be happier! Now I know where I'm going next time I need an appliance!

I need a new cover for my hot tub so I reached out to them to try and get some information. I was told that the person who does that kind of thing was out helping other customers but he would get back to me. I had to call again a few days later and leave another message. Ultimately he called me back but we played phone tag for about a week. I then found out today from a family member that two guys showed up unannounced, let themselves into the gated backyard, and were measuring the hot tub while I was out of town. We never scheduled an appointment and they didn't even knock when they got to the house.The manager I spoke with told me he was "sorry, but they're so used to second home owners who are never there". There are currently two cars in the driveway, and two dogs at the house. How on earth does someone see two cars in the driveway and assume no one is home and it's okay for them to let themselves into the yard unannounced!I wanted to support a local business, but can't in good conscience give them my money.

Wanted to support local on this but: out of town and family member watching our house. Family member comes down to the kitchen in the morning, looks out the window and is shocked to see two men standing on our deck measuring our hot tub cover. No phone call, no email, no knock on the door. They simply let themselves into our very gated yard. Called the manager, made excuses and made no real effort to make things right. Always support using local services but will NEVER consider this place again. Absolutely shocked and alarmed that this is how a business can operate. Family member was scared out of thier mind while employees of this place practically trespassed on our property.

above and beyond. or maybe just right on. but Brook Valley Appliance completely delivered. after installing a new induction range, there was a live current running through it. while both their service department and an electrician worked with us to sort out the problem - a crisp, like new loaner range was provided. and their service team made multiple trips out to drop and take away the appliances. now, our new range is finally in place. working as it should in it's new home. would easily buy from and work with the Brook Valley Appliance team again. thanks to everyone there for seeing this through.

Recently I purchased new kitchen appliances from Brook Valkey. So far the appliances have met my expectations and more. However; this review is about the service from Brook Valley. During the long wait for the appliances, I was kept in the loop on a regular basis, very reassuring. The nicest surprise was when they arrived. The two men who came to my home were extremely professional and well informed in the appliances. The move in was challenging due to entry/room configurations; these two handled it like the professionals they are and never rushed the process or the details. This wasn't my first purchase from Brook Valley and will not be my last. Thank you to the Brook Valley team - in the office and the delivery crew.
