After noticing a slow leak in my tire while vacationing in Manchester Vermont I contacted Bourn’s Tire and Auto Center to see if they could look at my leaking tire and they requested I bring it in. I and a friend brought the car in at 4 pm and they quickly took the tire off the car, sprayed it with soapy water and in less than 3-5 minutes told me that he could find no presence of a leak and that it was late in the day and he didnt have time to look for leak and put the tire on the car and asked for $20.00. Later that evening my tire once again lost significant air necessitating filling the tire with air and having to find an alternative tire repair center the following morning at the local Chevy dealership who found a nail brad that had gone completely tbrough the tire and was found insude the tire. Bottom line: if you need a reputable tire repair center don't go to Bourns.

Very over priced for changing tires if you don’t buy from them and weren’t up front about it either. When I called to make the appointment, I had told the lady on the phone that I had bought my own tires and told me it would be $100 plus tax and disposal. When I went to go pay after everything was done , I was shocked to learn it was $265 with tax and disposal (they charge an extra $140 if you don’t buy their tires) will not be using this place again for anything. Disappointed to say the least

I was feeling stranded as I had a flat tire on my rental car and I was 800 miles from home. I got to Bourn's with less than hour until they closed. They said they were running behind, but they fit me in and saved the day. Thanks!!

Brought my car here knowing I had family working in the shop. Made me wait months for a part that other shops found for me within days. Then when I brought it back because my car felt wrong they refused to test drive it or look at it that day when all four mechanics in the shop were doing nothing but smoking. Turns out my car felt wrong because they neglected to tell me I had a bad ball joint I should not have been driving on. They do good work if they want to work on your car. But if you're a female: don't bother coming here. You won't get any respect (clearly).

Have been going here for years..The new people that run it or own it now will never get any of our family's business again . Was told 50.00 a tire to put new ones on..200.00 for all 4...funny last year I payed 20 a tire 80.00 total....And very rude and didn't care...that was the price...never again

The second experience was completely awful. This is after a fabulous first experience. Bottom line customer service is not a priority.I scheduled both cars back to back to be serviced (tires and inspection). After arriving for drop off at the scheduled time the person at the front desk so they did not recall the conversation and did not have the appointments scheduled. Not only were they scheduled in my calendar, I showed the receptionist my phone with the calls from the week prior (time and date stamped). I called twice because I added state inspections. The receptionist failed to find a solution even though it was her fault for not scheduling in her calendar system.I would not recommend this shop. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

They charged almost $300 just to MOUNT AND BALANCE a set of tires simply because they weren't purchased there.Also the wonderful customer service I had come to know and love from Bournes was non-existent.We want Grub back!

We bought snow tires this winter and thought all was good. We are now getting our summer tires on at our usual tire place and turns out Bourns put the tires on the wheels backwards - didn't even know that was possible and something a regular person probably wouldn't notice.

Take advantage of out of town people. 10 bucks to fill a tire. Couldn't imagine what a repair or replacement would cost.
