Unbelievable customer service and product knowledge. Jaime went above and beyond to provide us with the best products for our needs. She even personally delivered and assembled our new Big Green Egg grill at our home after store closing!! And to top it off, she was able to provide us with a promotional eggspander set! Can't recommend enough!

The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Recently, we had a can of paint mixed to match an can we had. The match was not perfect and the staff was accommodating to get it right. We greatly appreciated their efforts.

Steven did a stellar job helping us purchase 6 bags of 80 pound quickcrete concrete mix. Then, later, Steven did a somehow even more impressive job helping us purchase 8 bags of 80 pound quickcrete concrete mix. There were also 2 cats. Not a happy experience. First of all, I ordered 15 42” tomato cages and I only received 10. The order was filled immediately and there was supposed to have been 22 in stock at that time. Secondly, the square tomato cages described online as “Panacea 89310 Tomato Tower, 47 in H, Steel, Green, Powder-Coated” were fulfilled as plain galvanized wire cages. The employee was argumentative about it, and said they didn’t have the powder coated green cages, and if they did they would have cost more. I showed him the online description and he said the sku listed in the item I ordered was for the plain galvanized steel cages. Like that made it right, when I thought I was ordering a better product!

I had a spécial experience last week with J’aime Ann. She assisted me with Big Green Egg. She is extremely knowledgeable with the products, and what can be ordered. I’m local chef (from France). I plan on purchasing Egg. Not only for my business but for myself and family. She explained history of Egg, timeframe, accessories, and packages that can be bought. She was honest, even offered to help deliver if I and husband can’t pick up. This is why I and husband moved to Vermont. People and businesses like this are few and far between. Merci, Aubuchon! You have my business!

Their dog jumped all over my 4 year old, right in his face, the entire time we were in the store. Very annoying and concerning having to make sure he didn’t get knocked over or bitten or scratched. No apology and barely an attempt to stop it.
I get people are dog lovers here but some people are allergic to dogs, or afraid of dogs, or just don’t enjoy having their personal space invaded by a strange dog. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
