“Went it to cash a check, spoke with Rebecca Bedor about my debit card being all beat up and needing to replace it. Not only did she help me replace it, but she educated me about the different options I had for a card! I had NO idea you could personalize a card with a picture of your own on it. Game changer for sure. Thank you Rebecca!”

“CNB gave me a loan to buy my farm when 3 others turned me down despite having a credit rating of 820. I do all my banking by the online service that CNB offers. It is easy to use and you can do anything online - even make deposits of third party checks. I can pay bills and send money and never worry about the postage or mailing process. The bank does everything for me including making automatic recurring payments on fuel accounts and loans. If I were designing a perfect bank, I'm not sure what else I would add to what CNB provides.”

“I don't get the other reviews about the staff here being rude. I don't go in often but when I do, they always seems to remember me and greet me so nicely. Phone calls are followed-up on; I've always had a pleasant experience with this branch. Unlike the others, this bank is a little inconvenient for me but I keep it b/c of the folks who work in Montpelier.”
