Sheila & Dana were phenomenal. My car broke down in Kilington on a ski trip. They fixed my car while I was skiing. My car rides like it is brand new. I would highly recommend them for any car repair. They deserve more than a 5⭐️ review if it was possible. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Always friendly- they do not offer home heating glycol recycling- rcsw does- homeowners can get a permit and dispose of much cheaper than contractors.

They don't work weekends, so if you need a tow out of a dirch, don't bother.

THEY CHEATED ME! I called them because I thought my son's car probably needed a new starter motor and he was close by. Phone conversation gave me an ok feel so I made an appt. and had him bring it over. I thought it was unusual when I called to ask what they had found and was told the owner was out but that they had ordered the starter. I have never dealt with a repair shop that did not call to tell me what was wrong and how much the charge was going to be. The next day I called and was told it was done and the cost was $659.86. Seemed a bit steep since the cost of the starter on most auto parts websites was, at worst, $389. What has earned them this review is the fact that I was given a price over the phone of $659 and when I checked my credit card statement I found that I was billed $684.87. I called to ask what the extra $24.21 was for and the owners wife told me they had a 3% credit card fee. I complained that I had never been informed of this and never called to approve the work before it was performed. She said, "oh, sorry they didn't tell you." To start with, $24.21 is NOT 3%, it's 3.8%. If you are going to charge that you better be telling customers that BEFORE you perform the work and charge their credit card. For that they would get ZERO STARS! if I could give it.Lame reply. The 16 year old never dealt with them in any capacity other than to drop the keys and pick them up. I paid the bill, I made the calls. They had every opportunity to tell me about the credit card fee and they didn't. Drive to Rutland and find another garage.Service: Electrical repair

Don’t do it, you’ll be sorry. With their 4 days of unsuccessful repairs, 3 nights at a hotel, and a tow back home this cost me thousands. Meanwhile my mechanic fixed it in a half hour for 50 dollars. It was a sensor! Don’t fall into the same Hillbilly trap that I did! Have it towed somewhere else!

This place is the worst. They only have one guy, and takes a week to do what a normal mechanic does in a half day. He doesn't know what he's doing. Change your name to Killington Towing and stop working on vehicles!Service: General repairs & maintenance

DO NOT GO HERE. Charged me 1000 dollars and took 4 days to tell me that they did not know what was wrong with my truck. I got it towed out of there, it was a 50 dollar sensor! Absolute robbery. There's only one employee, his name is Dana and he is not a mechanic. Stick to towing things buddy! Talk about a corrupt scam! The only "mechanic" at Killington....

My check engine light went on as I was on my way up the mountain - I stopped at Killington Auto - they generously helped me even though it was close to their closing time. They were through and went above and beyond to fix what was was wrong and send me on my way safely - highly recommend!

I was at a conference in Killington when my check engine light came on. The owner took the time to hook up up the code reader to find the problem. He would not take any money. I appreciate the time he took to make sure I would make it home safely. Thanks

My 2013 Jeep Wrangler wouldn’t start so I called Killington Auto. Mitch came out right away to check it out and towed it after determining the starter needed to be replaced. He got the parts right away and my car was ready the next day. Mitch also gave me advice on replacing my tires. Mitch is a great guy - fair and honest. To my NY-area friends, have some patience with getting updates about your car. Mitch is on call 24/7 and prioritizes fixing your vehicle over giving updates to you every hour ? Be cool and kind - and know your car is in great hands.Service: Car towing

Drop my car because had a weird noise… they say it was nothing, didn’t even check the car, they charge me 60 dollars for no service, after 1 day driving my car blew off. I ask how much was to change the tires and they say 160 bucks just for the service… situation is very upsetting. this place is not a trustful or a good place to bring your car.
