“Killington Getaway Perfection: A Greenbrier Inn Love LetterLet me tell you, finding the Greenbrier Inn wasn't just a stroke of luck – it was a game-changer for our Killington ski trip. From the moment we stumbled upon its glowing online reviews, we knew we'd hit gold. And boy, were we right. This charming haven tucked away near the resort is about as close to ski-in/ski-out bliss as you can get. Plus, with an abundance of restaurants just a hop, skip, and jump away, post-shredding refuelling is as easy as pie.But the Greenbrier's magic goes far beyond its prime location. It's the people who truly make it shine. Steve, the heart and soul of the Inn, is simply phenomenal. He didn't just meet our needs – he anticipated them. A warm welcome call before our arrival? Check. Rooms magically ready before our official check-in time? You bet. Steve's genuine hospitality made us feel like the only guests there (even though we weren't!), and his infectious enthusiasm fueled our ski-trip spirit like a double espresso.Honestly, words can't fully capture the essence of the Greenbrier Inn. It's a place where comfort meets convenience, warmth meets efficiency, and genuine care trumps all. It's the kind of spot that makes you sigh with contentment as you sink into your cozy bed after a day on the slopes.Rooms: Rooms were very clean and well put-togetherSafety: Incredibly safe areaNoteworthy details: Amazing host! Discounted lift tickets can be purchased through the Inn.”

“I first stayed at MML in the 80’s during a high school ski trip. At that time, the barn had undergone one renovation. A kitchen had been installed, a wood floor laid out, and 8 seat round tables deployed. Now, two renovations later, it’s not recognize able from the inside. Super nice; beautiful fireplace. Chef made a custom breakfast for each of us.The rooms have been upgraded as well. I really appreciate the heated floor in the bathroom. My boots and gloves dried out over night.Mountain Meadows Lodge is very convenient to Killington and the bars, although it is off the beaten path. Moguls is the hot spot for music; so is The Pickle Barrel.”

“We had our wedding here in August and could not have had a more wonderful experience. From the second we visited the Trailside Inn to see if it was a good fit for our wedding, we knew we were in good hands. Josh and Ann were superb to work with: responsive, organized, informative, compassionate, and so helpful. They're both wonderful hosts and wonderful people. The venue itself is also a gem. The photos on their website and blog speak for themselves and we appreciated how we maintained the whole property was. If you're considering the Trailside Inn, DO IT!”

“We had an amazing weekend at the Summit Lodge. Our original trip was Thursday night - Sunday morning checkout. We enjoyed our stay so much we ended up staying Sunday night as well! The hot tub was clean and large, and we loved the outdoor plunge pool. A huge highlight for us was the pub which offered delicious entrees and great service. The staff was incredible kind and accommodating. Overall perfect weekend getaway for a couple - we will definitely be coming back.Rooms: Our room was very comfortable and clean! Our only wish was that there was another night stand.”

“Whenever I ski at Killington I book lodging at Mountain Sports Inn. I love this place, and have been returning for years. The people are friendly, the rooms are spacious, and I feel warmly welcome. The hot cooked-to-order breakfasts, included with your stay, are especially enjoyable. Eating every morning with other skiers who want to talk about skiing is fun. The drive up the hill to Killington is not far. The parking lot at the Inn is always carefully cleared for guests. There is a ski tuning room right near the entrance as well, and a gathering area with a fireplace and tables and chairs and couches. I heartily recommend staying at the Mountain Sports Inn. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”

“My wife and I came up for the Presidents’ Day weekend. The entire experience was outstanding. The owner was welcoming and friendly and so was all the staff we met. The rooms were great as well, all new and clean beds were very comfortable. We especially loved how at home they made you feel. We plan on returning in the summer as well. This is an outstanding place to stay in the Killington area close to everything but just far enough away to be relaxing.”

“Personnel sympathique et efficace, piscine et bains à remous chauffés extérieurs formidables. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes malgré des salles de bain rénovées. Lits confortables. Salle de jeu, salle de sport. Presque ski in/ski out, un gros avantage. Malheureusement le rapport qualité-prix s'est dégradé avec une forte augmentation de prix pour 2024.”
