Alpine Bike Works made my MTB research and buying experience a breeze. Low pressure, and knowledgeable staff make for a great reliable business to work with. I could not be happier with my new Ibis, and I feel confident in my purchase and follow up from the wonderful staff at Alpine. Alpine Bike Works does an amazing job. They know their stuff and are very easy to deal with. Purchased a Giant Roam ebike from them and their understanding and knowledge has made a big difference in keeping the bike in tip top shape. I purchased a bike here recently. I had a really positive experience! Everyone at the store was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend bringing your bike here for any tune ups etc and I also recommend trying out the demo days for different brands when it’s offered. Thank you all at Alpine Bike Works!

Bought a beautiful Giant mountain bike here. It was mid Covid and and supplies were scarce but they helped my husband find the perfect bike for him. It was the last one that was his size (he is very tall), they let him ride it around the parking lot to see if he liked it, and we went home very happy customers. Great customer service. Thank you!

These guys are Awesome!! We showed up 90 minutes prior to closing in desperate need for help with a brake problem on a TT bike, which needed to be fixed prior to stage 3 of the KSR the next morning. The mechanic (didn’t get his name) was able to fix the campagnolo issue in time and saved the day!Highly recommend!!

I had last minute bike maintenance issues before going to ride the downhill trails at Killington, so I decided to demo one at Alpine Bike Works instead. The selection and quality of bikes to rent here is outstanding. I got to ride an incredible high-end bike at a lower cost than more run-of-the-mill options elsewhere around Killington. I would never have considered spending $8k on an enduro/downhill bike before, but after ripping down the mountain on one of theirs, it's a major temptation.Staff was helpful, rental options are unbeatable, plus helmet and pad rentals that are reasonable. Location just down the road from Killington makes this a no-brainer option if you're looking to demo a specific bike vs. getting whatever's available at the resort.

Drove 2.5 hours to "hopefully" find a bike during the COVID shortage. Immediate service and within 30 minutes I was on the road with a new bike. Great atmosphere, good people, fair prices.
