Had a chance to buy my first wool jacket from here and what a great experience. I need an alteration on the jacket and the owner was on premises and ensured the alteration was done immediately. I was bowled over on how kind and professional everyone was here. I don’t plan to go anywhere else but here for my wool needs.

They have the best customer service ever! My Christmas package was lost in the mail and they expedited a new package to me before Christmas. I can’t thank them enough. They are friendly, and their products are awesome!
