“This is second time I am having issue with Amazon returns. Amazon keep sending me ' pick-up' option only for my package and I am never home. So the only option I have is to go with pick up notice slip to this UPS location in Williston between 6-830pm and try to figure out from there. Let me tell you, it is sooo complicated to do a return that way but Shelly and her boss Natali ALWAYS go above and beyond of helping me! I even got Italian chocolate candy from Natali how big of a sweetheart she is - I love her! I know many people complain about UPS service but please always remember, kind word goes long way!
