“It could not have been a simpler process getting my truck in and out of the shop at Bob's. I moved out to Vermont from New Mexico about a year back, and knew that I'd be starting over with finding the best place to take my vehicles. I've definitely had my troubles in the past, but I ended up feeling lucky to land at Bob's the first time I needed help.After a convincing recommendation from a co-worker, I called the shop to find they very confident what my issue/repair was after I provided a short summary of the symptoms. Details aside, the truck drives better than it ever has in the three years I've owned it. I was budgeting for a costly repair, and was quite relieved at the affordability when I paid the bill at the end.I have a lengthy history of working on this truck on my own, due to outrageous quotes on repairs that I couldn't afford at the time back in NM. Going into Bob's has left me far more confident in leaving the truck in someone else's hands. It feels great to know that I can catch a break from pretending to be a mechanic for the weekend, whenever I run into more issues down the line.”

“I can't overstate how amazing the whole team at Quintin Brothers are. My only hesitation in writing a review is that I don't want them to become overcrowded as they are my favorite shop in the state. Their prices are fair and they don't try to sell you on work the car doesn't need. The quality of the work is top notch. Even if I found a place that was cheaper, I wouldn't leave as I know I am getting reliable service that I can trust every time. I was raised in a family that had an auto parts business. Walking into Quintin Brothers has the same vibe of a local run business where they treat you like family. They have gone out of their way to help me in a pinch, and always find a way to work around my schedule. When I had a part fail surprisingly early after being replaced, but was no longer under warranty, they covered it themselves and didn't charge me anything. When surprise failures have left me stuck without a car, they have found ways to squeeze me in last minute. This has even included employees staying overtime for several hours to make sure my car was safe and driveable for weekend plans. While other businesses are struggling to find employees in the workforce these days, the team at Quintin Brothers remains strong and thus has a shorter wait than other shops. I truly can not say enough about this company. Thank You to all of them!”

Premier took Thier time answered all my questions. call to confirm what they found and what they were going to do and now I have to turn it down to the lowest setting and sometimes all the way off after ten mins on high it warms the truck up easily. Even in this brutal below 0 weather!!! You Rock Premier I wont go anywhere else ?”

“This operation and their technician was great. The technician was personable, friendly and you could tell he was truly concerned for my safety. I had called 2 other places prior and neither could help me. For Bee There it was not even a question, the service technician was concerned about how long I would have to wait based on my location relative to his and the weather situation. As a 50+ year old woman, driving a Porsche, needing to call someone to put my spare tire on because my husband is in Italy and couldn’t come help, during a winter storm warning at midnight in the middle of nowhere with poor cell service, I fully expected to get gouged on pricing. That was not the case. Their pricing was very fair. Their service was quick and the technician was great. I highly recommend Bee There. They helped turn a terrible situation into a mild inconvenience.”

He is also the only person who followed through and called me back when I was searching for a repair shop that would fix my vehicle. He was very communicative throughout the process. The Green Mountain team did a fantastic job in fixing my vehicle. It looks like new. My car had a messed up fender, a significant dent on the driver's door (I could not fully open the driver door), and a minor dent on the driver's side, rear passenger door.
