“I live in central Maine but purchased a used ARE cap from a private party in the Williston, VT area. The keys to the cap could not be located so once I returned home I attempted to order the keys from a dealer closer to us with no luck. “Lost keys” apparently don’t generate enough profit to justify the time.I eventually called Catamount North as their sticker was on the back of the cap. They found the keys that I needed, charged me an incredibly fair price and then shipped them with no problems.I understand “always looking for the best price”, but if you’re also the type of consumer that wants to know that the dealer will be there after the sell for those little things like “keys”…, Catamount North most certainly is that place.”

4 Joshua Way, Essex“Got advice and purchased luggage nuts for some factory replacement auto rims. I had an also purchased lug nuts ; however , the nut seat did not look the same as the oem lugs. Th O’Rielly sales person came out to the car and reviewed the replacement rim seat and the seat of the rim on the car (we removed a lug nut) He determined I should use the oem lug nuts. I don’t have to but since he was so helpful I purchased a set of lug nuts to use with my oem rims next summer.”

I went in asking for an engine scan, hoping to get the problem diagnosed. John scanned my engine, found the problem, and helped me find the best parts for my car. Not only that, he was willing to lend me the tools to be able to fix the cylinder right there in the parking lot so I wouldn’t need to drive it home. Everyone working there went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful to have that shop right here in town.”
