Brought my car there he said he doesnt like Volkswagen cars then proceeds to make an appointment for, the appointment he was supposed to put the cv back in place which he said he did and charged me 280 for labor which after a week of driving it it was hesitating when putting in drive, so i called him back and he said he doesnt leak which wasnt true so i took it to another garage and apparently they had to put the cv back into place. Overall they basically charged me almost 300 dollars for basically usless service

Awesome service! Mark is so nice! He has done work on my car for multiple years and he always goes above and beyond my expectations to make sure my car is repaired properly and safely. He recently had to replace a couple parts and when my car started acting up the next day, he promptly took care of it and I couldn’t be happier with his service! He never tries to “take advantage” or charge me more because of my lack of knowledge relating to cars.

So I’ve bought numerous cars for my 3 girls and myself over the years from Mark . It’s where my car gets serviced and I would never go anywhere else . All experiences couldn’t have been better . If you have any doubts about Marks kindness and integrity here’s a story . When my middle daughter was 16 she was ready for a car . She worked at the bakery after school and had her eye in one of Marks cars . She had saved a little and I told her I’d match her savings but she still had substantially less than the purchase price. After a little negotiation Mark signed over the car and agreed to take a weekly payment from her for I think 6 weeks or so . She dutifully walked over every week with her bakery paycheck until the balance was paid . He is not in the loan business and it may have been the only time he’s ever done that but it speaks to his kindness and understanding .... it was a great car.... my youngest is driving a car he sold her 2 years ago hasn’t had a single issue...

Can't speak more highly about our experience here with Mark. We had some trepidation about buying from a used car place for the first time but were told Mark was honest and trustworthy. Sure enough, we felt no pressure, could tell her was being honest and he was super friendly and chill. The cars he had were great and at the mention of a couple of problems we saw with the car we wanted he offered to fix before the sale. Can't go wrong here.
