I’m sorry but I absolutely dread calling the pharmacy to check n a prescription. With the exception of the nice gentleman, the women are always so rude and act like they wish they were dead and that your call is the worst thing that’s happened to them all week. I get that they are understaffed but you are actually in a service position so maybe you could try to be at least a tiny bit polite? I’d prefer another pharmacy but unfortunately this one is very close.

Just moved to Vermont and called this store to find out about a prescription and was treated rudely because I didn't know it was closed for lunch. Instead of saying they were closed I was told by a woman she was only going to say it once so listen carefully,
pharmacy was closed for lunch and to call back in 30 minutes.. wow

Whenever I go to Kinney's it's either a hit or a miss. Sometimes they are super efficient, other times they are incredibly slow. Other than that, clean and usually have what I need.

Astonishingly rude pharmacy staff. We just moved to town and had one prescription filled there and will not be returning. This is the closest pharmacy to our house but we will be driving to the next town to avoid ever having to interact with the pharmacy staff again. After speaking with our neighbors, the local consensus is they have a reputation for being terribly rude, and many local people also go elsewhere. More alarmingly, we spoke with a former employee who told us they are also gossips who talk about people’s prescriptions. Medications can be a very sensitive thing, and the people providing them should have integrity and professionalism, but you won’t find that at this pharmacy. This is a small town, so if you don’t want your pharmacist gossiping about your prescriptions and health conditions, and would also like to be treated humanely, go some place else.

Posted pharmacy hours says closes at 6 on Sunday and the place is locked up at 5 among horrible staff. I would give a half star if it was available

Although this pharmacy is much closer to my home, I avoid getting rxs filled there after a pharmacy tech called my prescription “weird” in front of other customers. Not very professional. This was a few years ago, and I’m sure they’ve moved on but I’m treated much better at the CVS in Williston.

Hard working, thoughtful, and knowledgeable Pharmacist - and all of that is doubly true about the technicians. I have used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the most terrible I have ever dealt with. Constantly messing up life saving medications. Especially this time with ‘Stacey’ least helpful nor happy person at the time of most recent incident. You guys are all awful and there will be malpractice suits against this place
