I went to three different mechanics to figure out why my front wheels kept shaking one said it was the ti rod another said it was the alignment but when I went to aruzzas automotive the found out it was the rotors and the tire balance issue and I am so thankful for their service they did a amazing job on my car

I'll start by saying that I know NOTHING about cars and I feel like I wear that fact on my sleeve. I started hearing a grinding sound while driving one day. After trying my usual spots and getting recordings of being on vacation, or told that they 'might' be able to slip me in the next day after I explained my issue, I found Aruzza's in a Google search. When I called and explained, Mike said that he had a big project that day and might not be able to fix the issue but that I should stop by so that he can make sure it's nothing dangerous.They work out of a modified single car garage next to their home. I would have easily driven by the cute ranch house with nicely manicured lawn and park style bench under a giant spruce if it weren't for the excess of cars in the drive and on a section of lawn.Mike had my car on a lift in 5 minutes (they had elongated the garage and have two lifts, one in front of the other) and a diagnosis for me in 10 more. Here's the embarrassing part. I had worn my pads to the metal and the calipers were frozen. Mike told me that he was going to try to unfreeze them. 10 minutes later he had managed to get one unfrozen, but not the other. He ordered new pads and told me that it might be just under an hour since he wasn't able to reach the usual place which is just a 5 minute drive for him. They've converted the mud room between the house and garage into a very professional looking and comfortable office/waiting room. They have a Keurig with complimentary coffee, and a mini fridge with complimentary water and Spindrift (If you've never had that before you should, and I'm not talking about the water) around 1.5 hours after I arrived I left with a pad on the side he could fix, another on my seat if an emergency arose on the other side along with a promise to see what he could do if that happens, no more grinding sound, an my wallet only weighed around $100 less than it did when I arrived. These guys are awesome, I've found my new mechanics!Service: Brakes
