Zachary Robert’s has been amazing to work with these last few months. He knew of our situation he made sure to keep reaching out to me till he was able to finally come up with a great deal that work for both us and the dealership.

Bought 2 vehicles here. Was never really impressed with sales or especially the service department. If it was such a great place, turnover wouldn’t be so high. Obviously they don’t care about their customers or employees. Emails to upper management go unreturned. I’m done. Recently bought a rav4 from mcgee, MUCH better experience.

Hannah’s conduct was superb, to the point, friendly, and accommodating from initial phonecall to final handshake. The financial dude was also efficient, helpful, and offered reasonable no-BS advice about possible upgrades.
The CPO 2022 Tacoma drove smoothly for 2-3 hours without issues immediately post-transaction, and continues to drive smoothly a few days later. Inside and outside are clean as a whistle.
A+ would visit the White River team again (despite their bizarre temporary tin army-recruitment-office-esque accommodations)!

No one really wants to spend their time at a car dealership but as far as dealerships go, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was never pressured or pushed to agree to anything I was not comfortable with. I would recommend White River Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
