This facility is only as good as the USPS, Postal Regulatory Commission, and Postal Service Board of Governors allows it to be. If we don't support its continued existence, your mail service will become even worse.

Multiple times have I had to go to the post office to pick up package, because the driver was unwilling to deliver it….work ethic in incredibly low it blows my mind, the people who work there make it obvious they don’t want to be there but I don’t want to be there either ?♂️ poor communication for an establishment that fingers through incredibly important paperwork…

Packages marked "out for delivery" are frequently just a blatant lie.

I've tried and tried and have been patient, but this problem is becoming untenable. In the past few months, important packages that I, and my business, have been left outside in the street, in puddles, and in snow banks near my mailbox. For the past 15 years I have lived here, packages were always left protected from the weather on my doorstep. We even have a roundabout driveway for easy access for delivery vehicles to drive in and out. When I brought this up to my carrier, Michaela, she said it wasn't her, but our surveillance has caught her just leaving our important packages in the rain on the street. There are no sidewalks or curbs in our neighborhood. When I bring these issues up to the WRJ desk, they brush it off and do not seem to care at all. Lazy at best. Negligent at worst.

Absolutely horrible. packages always super late and damaged. Sometimes I even get to go to my neighbors to get the packages of mine they drop off at the wrong location. I frequently receive random letters. Mail carrier should be fired.

Mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address at our building. We put the address number of the apartment building both in the front of the building and the side entrance. They (the postal delivery person) Is still delivering mail to an apartment that is currently empty. I personally spoke with one of the deliverers and he was gracious enough to remove the mail from her mail box along with her name after I explained to him that the person that lived in that apartment had died about a year ago and that here is absolutely no one that lives in that apartment. But mail is still being delivered there. Another person that lives in the building has repeatably taken the wrong mailings back to the White River Junction post office and told them that it was the wrong address. The numbers on each of the mail boxes and the number of the apartment building are clear enough to see. Also some mail that is supposed to be delivered to the back apartments are being delivered to the front of the building (and vice versa) and people that live here have to go hunting for their mail. Obviously some of the people that deliver the mail either can't read or cannot see. Or both. It's very disappointing when some one is expecting a very important delivery and are not getting it because of these mess ups.

I mailed a priority package from 100 miles away (MA). After one week it has not arrived and I cannot reach anyone to find out what happened. Terrible service. I predict the USPS will be out of business in 3-5 years.

Mail delivery is persistently delayed. I only receive mail every 3-4 days on a regular basis. I also see the delivery truck/vehicle turn back away down my street despite knowing I should receive mail through informed delivery. The reason seems to be lack of staff, but when I tried to apply for a position at the WRJ post office only one position was listed, and it was not for a carrier. At least the WRJ post office could let customers know what's going on by leaving a letter in our mailboxes.

Getting amazon delivered through this place is a hit or miss. Packages are constantly sent back stating that they can not be delivered despite seeing every other delivery company deliver packages. Some days they leave it on the box, some times they lay it beside it, sometimes they leave it on the stairs, but more than likely it is never delivered. I also have 5 no longer residents mail being delivered and filling my box despite leaving a note that they no longer reside here. They just stuffed it more.

Pretty sure you should pay your employees better wages so you have staff to deliver mail. Thanks.

Like a 50/50 whether or not, I’m going to get into an argument over undeliverable mail every time I walk in this building.
