“Limited help here in west Lebanon store.been waiting a long time, only girl on is ringing up people said.she will be right with me but that was 20 customers ago. I guess they don't want to sell a 100 dollar bottle of perfume. So I am Leaving.”
“Recently had to have a prescription filled within a certain time frame and I also needed to change pharmacy's since my insurance was no longer going to cover this medication. Hannaford's staff was so friendly and realized the urgency of time limit we were in and went about and beyond to help out. I am not planning on switching all of our pharmacy needs to them. They cared! It was great service.”

Lots of different people come in with complex issues and incomplete information, missing insurance cards, etc. For the most part, the pharmacists and pharmacy techs do a great job. Every once in a while, something is less than perfect. But overall, this place has filled numerous prescriptions over the years perfectly and almost always with professionalism, courtesy and speed.”

“Everyone needs to be considerate as well as polite in their interactions with the staff at this (and every other) retail pharmacy. These individuals have a difficult, demanding, and stressful job. Staffing issues do affect us the customer, but I feel as if every time I am there the general "group think" is one of almost anger and severe annoyance towards the staff, as if it's their fault they had to wait patiently to get what they need. In my opinion, these emoloyees are over worked, and underpaid-(at least at this location.) So please, try to remember everyday common courtesy, show some restraint, and realize this is going to be the norm from now on or at least for quite awhile. I think having a little patience is a good lesson to learn here also, being in a society where literally everyone has become so accustomed with every little thing being automatically available 24/7; instant gratification, without any effort. Just, be mindful.”

“I have been going through cancer treatments for over 16 months. I don't know what I would do without my pharmacist, Jim Kern! It might be a small pharmacy but I wouldn't go anywhere else. He works with my insurance company, I get messages if I'm due for a refill. He explains carefully about questions I have about meds. Form what I have noticed he worked tirelessly during the pandemic. Even if I just need a smile, Jim is there! You can keep your large pharmacy. I'll take Miracle Mile Price chopper with Jim Kern!!”

“We recently moved to Hanover and I can’t say enough about the CVS in town! Coming from Manhattan, I really appreciate having a 24 hour CVS in town. Being greeted warmly as if I am a local walking in is so welcoming! Being able to ask anyone where to find something and that any CVS employee directing me exactly where I will find my product is full customer service right there! Last but not least they are a UPS drop off so I could return my item after hours on a Saturday on July 4th weekend….Not sure what more one can ask for.”
“Excellent pharmacy with quick service and great prices on generics. Everything is in stock here when I try to get it and I have never had any issues. Is conveniently located in my workplace and prescription drugs are discounted further for DHMC employees, at least residents and fellows.”

“This is a family owned and operated business. They are extremely busy because they try to get everyone the best possible price. You may have to wait a little longer but it's worth the bother! Keeping a small business going is always a good thing! I lost my insurance and Denise went out of her way to not only match price chopper pharmacy but beat the price!!! Try to get that service at a big chain store pharmacy!”
