Stranded in Norwich, VT, these guys did the best job on my MINI Cooper, kept me informed of progress, and did the work in a timely manner. It was complicated and they figured it out. BRAVO!!!!

I had a mysterious clunking sound under the drivers side and i was worried if it could represent something dangerous for driving. I took it in as this business said they would test drive it to make sure. They stayed past their business closure time to do that. Then they said they needed to look at it further in the shop. Even though the eariest appointment wasnt for a month, he worked me in for that the following week. That next Week they picked up the car from where i work and evaluated the problem, then called me and explained what they had found in a clear manner. They said they could do a same day repair. They did that and returned the car to my work parking spot. They were very personable and responsive. The only not so good thing was that originally on the phone the estimate appeared to be a little over $100 but after the job was done the actual bill was almost $300. The representative did explain this discrepancy in a way that seemed adequate but there was still that big difference between estimate and final bill. Overall i was impressed with their responsiveness, cooperativeness, and thorough ness in dealing with the problem, and i would use this business again. If after going there a few times and there appears to be a pattern of over-charging...i might then write a different review...

I've been looking for a new garage to take my sporty cars ever since Northern Motor Sports closed, and I found one. This place is great! I brought my WRX in for a basic oil change and a general look over after another "garage" refused to work on it. They were very nice, knowledgable, and charged me a very fair price for the work they did. They helped me come up with a long term care plan for my WRX and even recommended other shops for performance modifications and dyno tuning. 10/10 will be back with the Subaru and my Porsche as well.Service: Oil change
