I would give a zero rating if I could because that's the accountability they have 0. Had George and his staff of monkeys do a rear brake job consisting of pads,rotors and calipers. All was fine until I noticed I had no parking brake. After looking in the back seat I noticed a box of parts, you guessed it, my parking brake parts. There is no reason to remove the parking brake to do a complete brake service. You simply rotate the peep hole on the rotor to to the six o'clock position and loosen the star drive tensioner as the parking brake is a drum style inside the rotor. I find it very scary that they are working on people's vehicles and remove things that don't need to be and then don't tell you. I will never be back there, I wouldn't hire them to change my cat litter. I guess I will be back, to give them the bill for having my e-brake replaced by Toyota. I guess they think everyone is clueless when it comes to vehicles. It's a scary shame that they do this to people.

Family owned business, a lifetime of experience! Found a problem that the dealership and another mechanic looked at twice each and couldn't find. I only wish they were located closer to me.

Vacationing in area. Had brake problem with grinding, scraping noise. Sounded like worn out brake pad. Expected $600-1000 in brake work. They removed a small stone and charged me $25. Honest shop.

DONT TRUST---> I brought a 2007 pontiac grand prix and i needed a harmonic balancer replaced. I went in he said it would take 1 hour came back in to have it worked on he said it's actually ganna take 6 hours and I've seen how to do it and it dosent take 6 hours to replace a harmonic balancer on a 2007 Pontiac grand prix gt he said they would have to drop the motor when you can see it as clear as day when you take the tire off. Don't trust them they will take your money.

I’ve had 2 different vehicles I’ve owned worked on here. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days but George and his staff are as honest as you can get these days. Service for me has always been timely with no issues. Always answers my questions. One of his mechanics even gave me a run down on how to change my brakes myself so I could save some money. Professional and courteous. They’ve helped me out a lot with my cars and I’ve learned a lot thanks to just being able to ask questions about my cars. No better mechanic in Hardwick that I would recommend than this shop. I only bring my car to them at this point.

I brought my car in for an oil change. Since the oil drain plug was stripped, it supposedly took 2 hours of labor to "take out a stripped oil plug" and to "look for a filter that would fit"

Got our Mini Cooper worked on and they had to use a key for the locking lug nuts. They used a impact wrench which is not supposed to be used. The impact wrench stripped the key on the first three tires since your not supposed to use it so now we have to buy a new key. They they charged us for the labor to drill out the forth tire, and scratched the expensive rim! Ridiculous! BEWARE! You
