“I had to go to get stuff out a car I totaled. Al personally was friendly and had protected areas with plastic that could leak water into the interior. I had to come back twice more ( and still forgot things) but if I ever need a tow, I’d call him first. He beat two other potential tow operators I paid to do exactly that, including insurance and Acura Quality Care. If the state doesn’t have him top of their list of people to call for a freeway accident ( way back in the trees you can’t see it, yet he found it AND got it out) they should have. I know personally for decades several owner operators tow trucks, and he tops them ALL.”

“Cannot recommend this shop enough. My car went off a snowy road during a weekend getaway to VT. The radiator busted and the car couldn’t be driven. They towed me and my dogs an hour back to Brattleboro. They dropped me off at enterprise (I had to get back to Boston for the week) and were able to have my car repaired in a couple days, even with ordering a new radiator. Every other shop in the area said they wouldn’t be able to get to it for weeks. Fast, solid work at a reasonable price, from towing to repairs. A pleasure to work with.”
