First time using Richmond’s auto for my mini cooper and I couldn’t be happier they ordered the parts and dropped the car off added a few extra things on top car was fixed in one day and came in way under my guess was for a price I will be back for future services on the mini ! Doug took my car when nobody would book me for over two weeks. He was kind, considerate of the time bind I was in and did the work faster and more inexpensive than I expected. And there was no "MB added tax". He will be my new "regular go to guy". There aren't many like him!!
