Had to put my stuff in storage (long story), this place CUT THE LOCK OFF, and then I finally was able to get there, I can't PROVE they stole my stuff, but a LOT of "MY HERO ACADEMIA" memorabilia was gone, my Scentsy stuffed animals "Loony Tune" Taz, Bugs and Sylvester box was EMPTY, a lot of the totes look gone through (that I could see) a lid wasn't put on correctly and now it's permanently ruined. I WOULD NEVER PAY TO STORE MY STUFF HERE AGAIN. The sad part is that I wasn't able to talk to anyone since I couldn't PROVE their employees are sketchy (or the owner is) but I haven't had my stuff there for a bit simply because they CUT MY LOCK, then miraculously my stuff is missing, the other party in charge my unit is family, I'd hope I can trust them, but I am out a lot of money, and those were SUPPOSED to be gifts for a kid because they are having a hard time, but I digress and will try to not hold the anger. Use at Your own risk but NO, THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY I CAN TRUST.

Key Gots is fantastic. I am sorry to hear someone had a bad experience here as lately I have not even seen the people who work here due to their precautions. They were one of the first local companies to comply with health measures for Covid-19. I appreciate the care they take to keep their customers safe. No sign-ins, no contact, and they leave the doors open so you have access to the units indoors. I will continue to support Key-Gots.

Not a great experience. Employees and their children running around not wearing masks. One child coughed right in my face. Unsafe and rude. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had a horrible experience at this place. I am moving to Vermont and needed a lot of storage while my new house is getting ready. The woman I spoke to was rude, barely looked up at me and was too busy socializing to answer my questions. I brought my business elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

I have had such a great experience here at Key Gots!! The customer service has always been amazing and prices are always fair! I have been had my most charished possessions at Key Gots for 6 years. I have total confidence that they will be kept safe from theft, mice and other pest, weather, mold, and/or any other issues that could damage my belongings. I recomend this storage facility to anyone who needs extra space for their things.

The worst place to store your things. Multiple things ruined. Mice got into the boxes even the ones sealed. 95% of my things were in plastic totes but the few things that were in sealed boxes were destroyed by mice or moisture. 2 new couches destroyed due to the moisture from a building that isn't sealed properly.
