We have been by the Upper Valley Grill so many times and decided to check it out. So glad we did! The food and service were both excellent, definitely stopping in again. The Grill closes at 2 so get there early. Cindy and Mattie are very sociable!

My sweetie, my sister and her other half went to the Upper Valley Grill for a late lunch and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the people were fantastic! We definitely will be going back again.

I pulled in for a few basics and could just tell by the mood of the people in the room that I should sit down and try the food. Everything was fresh, the cook was joking along with folks while working the grill. It seemed like a mom and pop but I have a feeling they have just worked together a long time. That family vibe was super strong with everyone. Pie was indeed great. Other customers friendly too. Do t expect Wi-Fi, it’s not there but for the time you spend there let that go and just enjoy this gem.

Lost on the 302 driving through Vermont with no cellular service, we stopped to ask directions to the Kancamagus Hwy. What a goldmine this place was!!! Located in a gorgeous area against a flowing river, we ended up leaving with homemade chocolaty oat cookies, donuts, and a huge slice of carrot cake which were all delicious. My big mistake was not getting something from the grill. The inside counter was hopping with happy customers!! A perfect example of how the BEST things happen when you least expect it...oh, AND we got great directions that got us back on track. MANY THANKS to the people at Upper Valley Grill and Market!!

Stopped in for coffee and ended up having breakfast with locally made maple syrup. The owners were on a first name basis with everyone and before you know it I felt welcome, relaxed and energized. This was such a wonderful place I returned for breakfast the next day too. Given I had gotten lost on the way to Groton, turning a long drive into an even longer drive this was the perfect place.

I got my family dinner three times all three times they got my wife’s order wrong. So after the third time I brought it back she hates mayo with everything in her. Bill the owner tried to argue with me so I opened the sandwich and showed him he apologized but refused to make a new one. Now if my family wants anything from there he will not cook for my wife??? What did she do, hate something and refuse to eat it. Sad I can’t give my money to a local business

We went camping recently at Groton State Park for a night and thought we'd grab something to eat from the grill for supper, which was supposed to be open until 6pm. We got there a little after 5pm and the store was closed and locked up with no note of explanation.So instead of being able to grab something quickly to eat and enjoy our campsite, we ended up having to drive all the way to NH to find some food, which definitely disrupted our camping experience. A note of explanation would have been helpful.
