“I will try and not exaggerate.To call this Craftsbury gem of a kitchen / bakery a convenience store is a mistake. Yes yes, of course you can buy milk, soda and beer and gas up your truck here YET... The bakery / kitchen here is extraordinary; baking gorgeous, delicious pies, pumpkin rolls and a wide variety of savory cookies which include of course my favorite, " death by chocolate".In addition to the wonderful pies and cookies this little kitchen creates subs, soups, pizza, sandwiches, and breakfast, with Friday night combo dinners. All in maybe a 20 X 25 foot space . Absolutely amazing.Customer service? Wonderful. Prices? Good. Quality? Over-the-top.I've traveled the eastern seaboard, and out to Colorado, New Mexico, Texas and back. I know bakeries. I know kitchens. I know quality.If you can find Craftsbury find this little store. You will be happy you did.”
“I stop here all the time for gas, but I sometimes buy pipes and grinders as well. The prices are absolutely crazy low!! I have a big collection of pipes and half of them came from this store it's a must stop if your in Hardwick!!”

“Was so happy to find this place on the drive back from Canada. I had stopped at a few '24 hr' gas stations that were frustratingly just false advertising before finding this gem in northern Vermont around 1:45 pm. I forgot to get his name, but the attendant was a good dude, and the restroom was clean. Bought some king size candy bars after a good chat before getting back on road.”
