I absolutely love this place, I haven't been there in a while though because it hasn't been open the last few time I've swung by. I'm curious to know if there are ways to know when they are open as I'd love to stop by again.

Great place to shop antiques in North Hero.
All kinds of stuff and huge inventory.
The tenant was really nice to us, greetings from Montreal! ?

Almost worth the drive from Florida, this has got to b the most eclectic antique store in all of New England, as is owner Rene Vallee, retired professor at U of Vermont and a native son. The library and lost art collection along with furniture and old china
areas are you will find the finds. Best to call 802 372 8324 first

I love this place. I think this is the best antique store I have ever been in. They not only have typical types of antiques such as furniture and home decor but also things like maps, posters, signs, buttons, and pretty much anything you can think of. I highly recommend if you drive by and you see if it's open.

The Den of Antiquity is, quite simply, the standard to which all antique stores should be compared: Eclectic, fun, and way off-the-wall.

The amount of things to look at here is thrilling and overwhelming; the space was interactive. You had to climb into each room with a different eye. The lighting was fairly dark which was fitting since it felt like a cave of history. Vallee was helpful and knowledgable. I will definitely be going back.
