I was very impressed with my overall experience with Halford Motors. They were recommended to me by a friend whose opinion I trust so when given the opportunity I tried them. Front desk service was polite and professional and the work was very affordable. When service eas complete, I received a text with an invoice that clearly outlined the work and made it easy to pay. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future.

Geat experience here today. I was on a road trip and passing through St. Albans when the shield under my SUV let loose and was dragging/scraping all down the road. My car sounded like a snow plow on dry pavement.. I stopped in and these guys were courteous, professional and helped me out in a pinch to get fixed up and back on the road. Staff was great, owner met me personally to explain what was going on and I was back in business an on my way in no time flat. I will be back to get service here for sure. Totally recommend. Thank you !

Excellent service team. My car broke down and the tow truck dropped it off and they were able to get the part I needed and I was back on the road in an hour.

The waiting room is immaculate. Complimentary bottled water available. Everyone you encounter is kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I had a 10 am tire change-over wait appointment and was in my car on my way at 10:51 am. Great experience!

I was so nervous when I heard Curt & Jan from Curt’s Auto were retiring- (we trusted them whole heartedly for over 20 years) but they recommended we try Halford-. We did, and we are so happy with their auto AND customer service. They were above and beyond for our first visit. We will miss Curt’s, and wish them happy retirement- but we’re off to a great start with Halford’s! Thank you!

I had a flat tire and they ordered me a new tire, dropped me off and picked me back up at my work and had everything done within 5hrs with no extra costs, just the tire and service fee. Amazing customer service!

After relocating to Georgia, VT, I recently called Halford Motors, due to an overheating smell coming from the engine compartment of my 2022 Mazda CX-5. I had plenty of coolant in the vehicle, thus I thought it might be caused from a leak somewhere, or a faulty belt. My wife and I dropped the vehicle off in the morning and then we received a call a few hours later. They identified the problem to be a mouse repellent coating being applied too liberally within the engine compartment. This was causing the engine to heat up, leading to the overheating smell. They told me there would be no charge for diagnosing the problem, and that I could pick the vehicle up any time. Based on my experience with automobile service centers, not charging for diagnostic services is unheard of. You can bet I will be using them in the future for all of our service needs.
