Went there a couple of days ago for my bumper and they were quick and professional, sadly they didn’t have the part I needed but they were able to help by securing it with some industrial tape! Would recommend

B and A business was awesome to deal with! Calinda and Bruce are wonderful,Honest and fantastic to deal with! There work there is meticulously done! I had body work done there and ? matching with the color! They are full service and body shop garage! The shop is clean and waiting room is clean and comfortable! And offer green mountain coffee free right there!! There used cars there out front are clean and nice! Don’t hesitate to call for work there! Honesty and with out getting ripped off there! 5 star rating

I pulled in with a flat tire at closing time the owner put a plug in my tire and filled it for me for no charge.

Went in expecting a $15 patch on a tire, ended up being charged $97 for something that I never approved. I also never received a call that it was ready to go. Will not be returning to B&A.

Back in August I won a charity auction at a local church that was a car care bundle complete with a free tire change at B&A. I'd never been there before but I decided it would be extremely helpful for getting my first ever set of snow tires put on. Not only did B&A honor this months later with no questions asked, they didn't charge me anything extra and everyone there was so kind and professional. The service itself was very quick and waiting in their office was no problem. In a world full of dishonest people who very easily could have overcharged to make sure they got some money out of a "free" service (and it's happened to me before,) I greatly appreciate B&A's honesty and commitment to their community and will certainly be coming back in the spring when it's time to take off my winter tires!

Wow! What a great company to do business with. Even with no building, they got my truck fixed and returned to me within hours. I purchased the truck from them and while there wasn’t a warranty, they covered this repair anyway. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to stop by and see what they have before you write that check. For you folks that have used B&A, you know what I’m talking about. For all others, I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Car dealers spend unlimited amounts of money trying to reach a customer satisfaction bar that appears to have been set in the town of Georgia at B&A Auto.Service: Auto brake repair

I bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza 2012 5 years ago from them. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. The price was great and they are easy to work with . Give you photos of damage before they fix them . I would definitely go back to buy another vehicle from them.

When I bought my car at B&A Auto, the engine light came on within a day of owning it. I took it back, and the owner said he was committed to solving the problem. I have only driven the car 8 or 9 times since buying it. The check engine light has consistently kept coming on the entire time, and I have returned to B & A Auto numerous times. Frustrated I was getting know where with B & A Auto, I took the car to the Subaru dealership in Burlington. The dealership said the check engine light was possibly coming on because the wrong coolant was put in. "The wrong color coolant can cause the check engine light to come on." I took it back today to B&A, and told them it needed "Super Blue" coolant. The owner went back on his promise to fix the problem and refused to accept the dealership's verdict that it had the wrong coolant. He said, "I have 5 or 6 Subaru cars in this lot, and they all have yellow coolant. They don't need "super blue" coolant." I'm not a mechanic. But if you buy a car at B & A, you might need an attorney or small claims court to make this business do the right thing to fix cars that they sell which are not safe for the road. It seems to me a business like this has a legal and ethical obligaiton to sell cars that are safe for the road and won't break down on the highway. The owner of B & A Auto knows the check engine light has consistantly been on since I bought the car. He knows the car was bought with no coolant in it (he put it in). He knows he promised to fix the problem, but has not fixed it. He knows he has a legal obligation to sell cars that work properly for public safety reasons - yet he won't fix the car as he had originally promised to do. Something is very fishy with this business. He is training his sons to put unsafe cars on the road and this business should be investigated for endangering public safety. BUYERS BEWARE OF SCAMMERS POSSIBLY SELLING LEMON CARS.

This is a long overdue recommendation for B&A auto. They are always amazing and affordable. We use them for service, and my son bought a car from them . We couldn’t be happier with the way they stand behind their vehicles and are quick to help if needed. I highly recommend that you check them out for any repairs or service your car may need- and/or if you’re in the market for a quality used car!
