If I could give zero stars I would. Went in very interested in one of the vehicles and he wouldn’t allow us to do anything besides look inside the the vehicle until we called the bank and got approved. Not once have I been told that, and I’m going to make sure it’s the car I want before moving forward on it. When my boyfriend expressed that we’d like to know what we’re buying and would need to test drive it, and check some codes, the guy got extremely rude and defensive as if he was trying to hide something and said he didn’t think it was the place for us. I never make reviews anywhere but I was appalled by the way we were treated. Luckily I found the perfect car down the road where we were treated wonderfully.

Just bought a GMC off of them today. The cash took longer to come through than expected, they held the car with no money down on a handshake for 4 days. Wonderful, quick, easy process. Extremely satisfied and were given an an amazing deal after months of shopping for a vehicle. Highly recommend.

Thank You to the Entire Team at Marcotte and Sons Auto Village Ferrisburg VT We had noticed a steel belt showing today in the middle of tire season with every shop in Vermont is booked saying come back next week. The team at Marcotte's understood the situation we were in and arranged to get our winter tires on the truck today.
