I was very satisfied with my recent transaction at Auto Creek. They are good folks, easy to do business with, and care about their customers. If you’re in the market to buy or sell a used car you should absolutely give them a chance to earn your business.

Purchased a car from them a few months ago. Haven't even made it to the first (free) oil change yet and it's already had some major problems which they actually charged me to get fixed when really it was there fault. Sure, it was purchased AS IS but still the thing shouldn't break down before it's first oil change. A module under the seat that controls the transmission (basically car doesn't start without this part) was getting wet because of a leak somewhere in the car. They didn't even bother to fix the leak they just replaced the part and then charged me for it. Then just today i'm driving down the road and it blows out a massive exhaust leak and sounds like a demolition derby car now.

A couple years ago I came here to get some work done along with requesting my front breaks done. My dad had just done my back breaks so those didn't even need to be touched. We told them exactly this and when we went to go pick it up, we realized they replaced the brand new back breaks and didn't even touch my front breaks. On top of this they charged us for it. We had told them not to touch the back breaks. Not to mention, they should have been able to tell the back breaks were new just from looking at them..do they not work at a car repair shop? I will never come back here and I make sure to tell my experience to others so others can save their money. Huge disappointment. Not competent...at all..

This is a shout out to you guys. I lost the gas cap to my side by side. Called you said you had a universal one . Went down it didnt fit. You went to your inventory. Pull a cap off a new machine that fit mine. You guys are the best thank you thank you. Now my weekend will be great

I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza from them in may of 2019 and so far I couldn't be happier with the car! These guys stand by their work and do a great job servicing vehicles. When I was looking at the car and bought it they replaced the breaks and did an oil change before they even gave it to me because they care about their customers. I had to take my car in for a recall at Saint Johnsbury Subaru since they were the closest dealer who could service the recall and within a few miles of them replacing the valve springs the engine blew up because they did a sloppy job. I fought the dealer for weeks on end about the fix and I called Auto Creek to see what they could do about it and they offered to fix my car for a mistake that they didn't even cause. Lucky I finally got the dealer to pay for the new engine in my car but it shows that Auto Creek stands by their customers no matter the circumstances! Even though I live in Lyndonville (2 hours away) I will bring my car here for any kind of service it may need because they have amazing customer service and stand by their work! I 100% suggest getting your next car from here or even just getting regular service done on it.

THIS GUY IS A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!! Steve is the liar that I'm talking about. He did a great job replacing the motor. He said he would keep it under 3000 because it was a used motor that he was replacing. I need this car to travel long distances to school and back. This car NEEDS to be safe. Long story short, this costed me 3200, which is MUCH more than the new rebuilt engine that he first quoted me....REALLY??? he did about half the work that he promised me (most of it which I didn't even OK), my dad noticed all this when we took it home and put it on a lift. I SPECIFICALLY told him that the FRONT brakes and rotors had just been replaced two weeks prior to the engine going bad. We told him he only had to replace the REAR breaks.... And what does he do? Replaces the front (new) brakes anyway, and left my rear uninspectable rotors and pads without replacing them. Now the department of motor vehicles wants to know why Steve inspected my car without sufficient rear breaks, rotors, and why he inspected the car with last year's worn out snow tires? Please.....if you're dealing with this guy get it in writing. Good luck with the DMV Steve!! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN and I will be SURE to spread this message with ANYONE thinking of doing business with you. I wish I could give you negative stars as a review. No communication at all. Not to mention he replaced the rear pivot bushings that I never OK'D. He replaced a front wheel bearing that I never discussed with him. The rear struts were replaced...again without me knowing. And he SAYS he put on new front brake rotors and pads...which is a big lie....I have the receipt from Ethan Allen Mobile on North Ave in Burlington Vermont. Ive tried to reach him several times to discuss this...no answer and he never called back. Nobody likes liars!!!

We bought a Subaru Outback here--great service and they gave us a great deal on our car. We heard about them from friends from Boston (formerly Vermont) who were considering coming up just to buy from them.

Stopped in as I needed a part waited a while as the one fellow there waited on some others. After 10 minutes of waiting it was evident that they were just visiting. I approached the counter waited a while more for help but was completely ignored as he continued onto another story. I love Yamahas but I will never go back to this dealer. They have no interest in customer service.
