Three times now, I have had a SCHEDULED appointment and nobody was there when I showed up. He “forgot”. Clearly he doesn’t a problem wasting peoples time. Apparently his time is the only one that matters. No respect for his customers time. This pattern shows he is unreliable, rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. Don’t know how this guy stays in business.
