Very very reasonably priced. If you have shopped around in Essex and burlington area where units are way too expensive for what they are Beaver Valley had them all beat. This is a great place I've never had any issues.

Simple and easy seamless process to acquire a unit.Prices are very affordable for unit sizes.Only downfall is the lack of cameras and motorized gate for safety.Great spot for a sunset.
