Just wanted to WARN people we bought a car in October. I love the car but not all the problems we have had no willingness for anything to be done about it. The car was definitely not gone over as promised. We were promised a tune-up before we took ownership and since we have had to do a tune-up already that obviously was a LIE. The car had many air fresheners in and come to find out there is mold growing under the carpets in the back because the sunroof drains are clogged and have been leaking for probably like a year. Then there was the lovely salesperson who did nothing but LIE to us. We told him what we could afford he told us what are payment would be guaranteed and we are paying $ 300.00 more then we discussed. We had to go back 3 times to complete the paperwork. he let us take the car without the paperwork signed as he didn't even know how to work the computer as he asked me to help him and I don't work there. he also added a $4000.00 warranty that was never discussed with us that is useless. When I emailed him about all this he did not acknowledge anything I said just asked me the third time we had to go in to get the paperwork signed he asked me if I was still mad. I guess that is what you get when you hire a drunk who passes out on the couch in the showroom. I have reached out a few more times to Liberty and obviously they don't care about there customers or repeat business. I had heard very good things about Liberty but that was not our experience.Mary and Joe Olszewski

Purchased a vehicle just over a year ago. They were slightly pushy but helpful to find me a lender. They didn't budge on price which is incredibly frustrating since within the past year and a half I've had to replace all break lines (THE FIRST LINE WITHIN THE FIRST TWO WEEKS OF PURCHASING THE VEHICLE), get all new tires, fix a transmission line on the brink of rupture, replace both struts and a plethora of other dashboard light issues. Their "look over" is far from thorough I paid 10k and have put too much money into this car for just over a year of having it. I know Vermont is tough on cars but C'mon this is ridiculous. The past three times I've taken my car to the shop they find something else wrong. really really disappointed. I had to put $1,200 into it just to pass the first years inspection so...be careful.

My senior aged sister recently bought a car from Liberty. They showed her several and after she decided on the one the worked so hard to make everything right. They made repairs in the areas needed, they kindly waited while she took are of her financial needs AND they delivered the car to Ma. and took away her old car. Mario and his crew were so kind.

This is by far the best place to get work done on your vehicle. I live 30 minutes away and I still take my car here for every little thing. You will not find a more honest, hard working team than that of liberty street auto. They never jab you on price (which in my experience is a rarity) and they are extremely accommodating to your schedule. Highly recommend.
