My car broke down a few miles out of town en route to a meeting that I had to get to. Luckily I pulled into Fair Haven Motors Inc and was promptly greeted and the car was looked at promptly. Billy was kind, professional and clearly knowledgable. He was able to fix the car and get me to my appointment just in time. I wish I lived in Fair Haven as I'd use this team for my repairs and purchases going forward...they are honest and truly care about what they do and the customers they serve!

Took the time well after hours to come out and scream at my family for parking on the wrong side of the logs when our vehicle wouldn’t fit on the other side. “Nice people” is not how I would describe this dealership.

Went there to get a few wear and tear parts replaced. Also had another part that I supplied installed which can be hard to get other shops to do. Finished the job fast and at a good price. Definitely will be doing more business here. Also I have purchased a vehicle there and had they took care of all the problems the truck had before it got to me.
