If I could give zero stars I would. They haven’t delivered my packages on time ever, lost a credit card in the mail. Have the time our mail doesn’t even come, and when it does it’s multiple days late. When you call to ask they simply dismiss you immediately, and have clearly never taken customer service training a day in their life.

ZERO accountability from the postmaster for carrier's mistakes. Lost a package which they CLAIM they delivered and REFUSE to compensate me for the cost of the product that the carrier obviously DID NOT deliver to meIt's no wonder there is such a discourse with the public

They deliver mail when they feel like it. When you call and speak to teh "postmaster" Lindsay you get nothing but snark and excuses. I have a hill where I reside and there have been 2 times within a month that the carrier CHOOSES not to deliver. FedEx, UPS and other service vehicles came on ten same days with no issue. When you speak with Lindsay she takes your information for later mail pick up just to NEVER call you back. She is a weak link at best. I will continue to look for numbers to lodge a formal complaint.
