I went to this location pretty close to closing time today with two packages. The person who greeted me was incredibly kind, super quick, and helpful. I will continue to use this UPS for all my shipping needs.

Every time I walk in there, the employees are always smiling and helpful. Life can be so stressful so doing business with uplifting people is so refreshing. They are extremely efficient and I’m in and out so quickly! Makes tasks like this not seem so daunting

Brought an Amazon return to ship out and was told not to package it from Amazon. The clerk very rudely told me that I was required to pack it up, charged me for the packaging. When I attempted to help her fit the item in, she snapped at me “that she knew what she was doing and she’s done this a thousand times”. She couldn’t wait to get me out of the store, I’ve never had a clerk so blatantly rude and sarcastic. Will go out of my way to avoid this UPS!

First two times I brought an Amazon return boxed they told me not to pack it since they do that. This time I didn't pack it and they told me I had to take it home and pack it. Same person.
