After my car was hit, I was absolutely terrified of the process of getting it repaired. The team at Rotunda's took such excellent care of me and my car that I feel silly for ever being worried!
Not only did Rotunda's work with my insurance, making the entire process simple and straightforward, they also worked with the rental car company so that I could just leave my rental there when the repairs on my car were done. They did so much to streamline the process and I really appreciated every single step.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, communicative, and hardworking. They made sure to explain every step of the repair process and give me live updates so I could plan around it. I'd recommend Rotunda's to anyone!

Super duper collision center. These guys not only figured out the best repair options but even fixed minor items that needed attention. Didn’t walk away in the red either. The quality of work is evident and I’m grateful. Chris has the patience of a monk fyi. Definitely recommend working with him.

Rotundas collision goes above and beyond for customers.
We had a minor scrape that dented our fender slightly. What should’ve been a simple fix became an insurance nightmare we hadn’t foreseen. Keith at Rotunda’s worked with us through the process of getting the right part installed, but beyond that he navigated the absolute nightmare of our garbage auto insurance to actually pay for the damages.
It really says something when a collision company works harder to help a customer than my own insurance company. Despite the absolute ineptitude of USAA auto insurance, Keith explained the whole process with us.
Super patient, super great to work with, Keith and Rotundas made a pretty confounding policy situation as productive and easy as it could possibly have been. Thank you, Keith, and thank you Rotunda’s collision!

They are awesome! Car looks wonderful, they had it done ahead of time, and I could leave my rental there at the shop for them to take care of. And there is a drop box for early morning drop off.

Rotunda’s was nothing short of efficient and professional whilst delivering quality work on my car.I was rear ended back in October and an uncooperative at-fault party caused many delays in insurance being paid out, but Rotunda’s remained responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. When it was finally time to drop my car off for the repair, Rotunda’s had a turnaround time of 2 days.Picked my car up and the exterior as well as the interior had never looked cleaner in my life! They went above and beyond to detail and clean the inside of my vehicle which was such a pleasant surprise! My windshield had lots of streaks and fogginess and they totally cleaned that up. Thank you again Rotundas for going the extra mile for me!

I have a 2023 toyota 4 runner that was hit at the grocery store in the rear bumper. Needed to get a new rear bumper cover. Picked the vehicle up this afternoon and it looks great! Color is spot on and flawless! Thank you Rotundas!

My experience with Rotunda's Collision Center was absolutely excellent. Chris stayed in constant contact with updates and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. My repair was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and the truck looks brand new again. I hope an uninsured motorist never hits me again, but if they do, Rotunda's will be my choice for repairs without question.
