I gave my first review of one star based on the haircut I received from Kathy, who gave me the worst haircut and color I have ever had. You can see from the pictures. But I want to say that the owner, Mary, has done everything that she can to make things better, such as smoothing out layers and trying to fix the color. She even stayed open after her shift to help me. But after her help, I still need to go back again to finalize the fix of the color since it was done so badly the first time. Overall, this has spend a lot of unnecessary time and frustration, but I appreciate that Mary has tried to help. I still would not recommend going to Kathy though, as she did not listen to me at all and used improper techniques.

I love the atmosphere and friendly people at Red Clover Salon. The stylists are very knowledgeable and will work with you patiently if your wanting to change a style but aren't sure that it's really what you want yet. You can walk out of there feeling confident that you got a quality service for a decent price.
