They listen to your concerns and they treat your curbs it’s like there own. Very careful handling our babies and explain what our furry lil babies need for supplements and very reasonable prices. They aren’t out to gouge you.

My ferret was very sick over the weekend and I called about 10-15 different veterinarian hospitals desperate for help and Mountain View was the only one of only a few that dealt with Ferrets, but also the only one that found an opening for us to rush in on such short notice on a Saturday. The Specialist was very kind and easy to talk to. She genuinely cared about my ferret's well-being but also made sure I didn't break the bank all in one visit. Pockets (the ferret) recieved great care and is now doing SO much better! I am 100% sure that if not for Mountain View, Pocket's would not have made it another day. I whole-heartedly recommend Mountain View!

The team at Mountain View is amazing! They care about your pets as if they were their own. They collaborate with each other when there is an issue that requires outside-the-box problem solving, they take time to explain everything and answer questions. They don’t try to push you into extra office visits when it’s not necessary. We had an on-going issue with our dog and they kept in touch via email daily, allowed us to send pictures over email to track the progress, and made phone calls to every pharmacy in the area to find someone that supplied meds for a dog under 10lbs. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and I trust them 100% with the care of our fur babies!

The Mountain View staff is so much more than a veterinary service...they personally care about each and every 'family friend' that comes into their office...last fall we lost our beloved rescue sheperd/coon mix, JonBoy, very suddenly in one day...the MV staff 'cleared the decks' when we brought him in...Dr. Twyla came in on her time off to do emergency surgery...but it was JonBoy's time to 'go over the Rainbow Bridge'...everyone on the staff was so supportive in our loss...they made us a lovely 'pawprint in clay' and signed a very touching card for my husband and me...our new rescue beagle/basset, Rudy, now enjoys the love and care at Mountain View...
