My father Jason Leo’s for a while, and he has been telling me I should give it a try. I finally took a suggestion, and he was right. They did quality work, priced it appropriately, and did it in a timely manner. Plus, they were great at communicating without prompting. I highly recommend using Jason Leo, and they will be my garage for now on.

Great place! Owner and staff very friendly and helpful always. Big plus to me is the fact that they are able to keep alot of the same staff. I like to see the same faces everytime they know my vehicle.

It’s difficult today to find a place that’s trustworthy, friendly, and capable that also offers great service. Jason Leo’s is all that and more. Highly recommended!

At other auto shops I often feel disregarded, unheard, and sometime like a burden to the workers. This was my first time here and I felt seen, understood, and appreciated as a customer. My first visit felt like I’d been coming here for years, I was welcomed like a friend.

Saw such great reviews and was excited to have someone good so close to me. Went in for an oil change and asked them to just let me know if there was any major issues before going on a long road trip coming up. Left with a $50 inspections charge (never had that before but fair to pay for their time so okay), a $5 charge for wiper fluid even though I had my own bottle in the car (but I asked them to look at fluids so again i can get over it), and a list of 5+ things I needed repaired including rear brakes "at less than 10%" while the front were still at 50. I said that's weird since I had them replaced at the same time but okay, please call me with an estimate for everything. Trusted the google reviews that all said they were trustworthy but had a weird feeling. Waited a week for the estimate call and then called them asking if they had it, they said no, they'd call later. Two weeks later, still nothing. So I decided to go somewhere else to just get the brakes done and have them give me their quote for everything else. Just heard from the other places that both front and rear brakes are ~50% and the only thing I actually need from their list is sparks and tires, which I knew and planned for. Still kind of hard to believe after reading so many reviews about their trustworthiness, but putting my experience out there for those that may think about a second opinion too.

I had last gave Jason 5 stars. They put a leveling kit on my truck. Love how it looked and preformed but… yesterday my rear axle slipped on the passages side. I call them last night to let them know and to see what we can do about it.Then Jason got on the line, all he could say was that it was not his work that was the problem, he had not seen the truck, but because I got after market parts that he installed, Jason did. I gave them the opportunity to buy what they wanted and put it on. Not a problem with me. They didn’t want to.Apparently, that gives the excuse that is is not their fault.Throughout the conversation, they did not want to tow the truck they asked me to get someone else to do the tow and the work. Then he mentioned my insurance, good suggestion. I did. The work and tow is covered. Not sure if there is a something the insurance company will do to Jason Leo automotive but it by their own hand.A good company backs their work and will try to fix their mistakes, they happen. Jason refused to accept that his, jason’s work not his people, might have had a small problem but now it is not.I have pictures of the u- bolts, they are fine except half of the nuts are missing.I did expect the job to be done right the first time or adjustments after 50 miles but this place….I will not be going back.

I hate to be the only one star rating but here's my story. Got them this Ram Promaster that I said needed the works to make across the country. They installed all new brakes/rotors, new wheels, topped off fluids, and conducted a comprehensive inspection. Two weeks later I drove my van out of Vermont and immediately discovered the AC didn't work. Didn't fault them for that because I should have caught it sooner. Was a lengthy expensive repair though. The big gripe I have against Leo's is while driving today on the highway my front tire came off. Luckily I was fine but the day prior I was in Yellowstone and it could have been fatal. After I got a tow the mechanic said the bolts sheared off and cause of my accident was because they were over tightened. Jason Leo's didn't set them for the proper touqe specs. The time and money I'm about to spend repairing the van is absurd. Jason Leo's are some friendly but I'm concerned the quality of work has gone down over the past few years

Although, I couldn't get my work done since they don't do the paint jobs. The guy helping me was very nice and polite. He guided me towards the best place and was super helpful. He also aligned my passenger side mirror which was destroyed and for which I was there in the first place.
