Blew a rear tire on a saturday afternoon 300 miles away from home. eventhough mechanics were gone, Lester took the time to install it himself.

I made an offer on a bike, Sure it was a lowball offer, so I could see what their lowest price would before I would go in as I'm located in NJ. This was the sales person, Kamran Pelkey, response to my offer. If they are willing to treat their potential customer online, imagine their disrespect and unethical business practices in person. I would suggest everyone to avoid this place as most of their google reviews are fake and bought to boost their business.
Must be nice for them to lose on cash deals.

WOW! Read this. Lester and his family do a fantastic job. I have dealt with many shops in the past 50+ years and this one is great. Lester has hands down the best calming voice of reason that I have encountered in the sense of his presentation/delivery - you could compare it to excellent bedside manner. The shop is a family affair and it has many people who work together as a unit. I had a R1200GS repaired there with great results. Lester and Family THANK YOU! Your shop is worth the drive!

Purchased a 2023 S1000r that they had to find because I wanted specific add ons to. Came through in a week and found what I wanted! Buying experience was quick and easy. Since then I have utilized a 20% discount (just for the summer) and have purchased several things including more carbon. All items came in perfect condition! I recommend Franks BMW.

Knowledgeable staff and they care about customers. Brought a clutch in to have rebuilt and the owner actually told me I’d be better off getting a used one than to spend $800 rebuilding mine. With it being a yard sled he didn’t want me to get in over my head and regret it. I buy my parts there now.

I have been a customer of theirs for a number of years. I ordered a helmet this year online of course the info that came with it said any problems contact Frank’s! I did and Mrs Pelkey, I feel bad, she sent that particular helmet back at least twice until the manufacturer sent one that fit. Beautiful helmet but there size charts online are way off. Nevertheless they helped me get the correct one with a smile and utmost customer service! Was looking for a particular trailer let Kam know n hey he got me exactly what I wanted n needed! A very fair deal for everyone involved!!

Have bought numerous items from Frank's and have always been treated like a friend and not just a customer. Lester has even offered to pick up my bike at my home in Derby for service work.Word of advice to those who feel the need to be wined and dined when buying something, probably will be disappointed. If you're an enthusiast you'll love it at Frank's.
