CVS is a large, conveniently located store that generally provides good customer service. Many customers appreciate the friendly staff who greet them upon arrival and are willing to help, such as locating specific items or taking extra time to explain medication details. Several reviews mention employees like pharmacists and store managers going above and beyond, including talking to children and assisting with passport photos. The store is praised for its helpfulness and willingness to serve customers' needs. However, some reviews highlight challenges within the store. There are concerns about staffing levels, with reports of only one pharmacist and one technician available, which can affect the ability to process prescriptions efficiently and handle necessary services like vaccinations. Customers have expressed frustration over policies that seem to inconvenience them and the shortage of pharmacy staff, which may lead to longer wait times and difficulties in managing prescriptions. The store can get busy and somewhat disorganized at times, with piles of stock and limited staff on the floor, making it harder to find assistance quickly. Overall, CVS offers a friendly shopping experience with helpful employees, but staffing shortages and policy issues can sometimes impact service quality.
They don't answer the phone. You must leave a voicemail. Competitive price on some items, but you can't quickly find out if they have it.

Drive thru never open. Closes randomly throughout the day. Prescriptions never filled in a timely manner. Chronically understaffed. Employees must be overworked and underpaid. This location needs a prescription.

Claim understaffed pharmacy. Poor customer service. Had a vaccine appointment for flu vaccine. CVS online stated not to make Novovax appointment so made a flu appointment. When said that I wanted to add Novax, said that they could not do it because they do not have enough time. Will not be coming back to this CVS.
