Hands down one of the most excellent storage facilities in the area. Clean, secure and well lit. Rented a unit for approximately 2.5 years with no complaints. Payments can be made on site 24/7 with the automated kiosk, or online. If I ever need a unit in the future I'll look here first

Quite possibly the chillest storage facility around. I've never used another storage facility, so I have nothing to compare them to, but everyone I've talked to who works there has been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond with their customer service. Kiosk for do-it-yourself service if you prefer, but if you have to interact with the staff for any reason I'm sure you won't regret it. Thanks all!

They make it VERY easy to manage your payments, pay ahead if you want, and the website is super easy to use. I store my seasonal stuff here and they were great about keeping the driveway plowed and accessible any time.

Great experience. The facilities are very clean and well maintained and communication was quick and easy. Once I completed the move out process I received my deposit check in 3 days. Highly recommended!

I am very pleased with their services, used the storage facility, last Oct-May 2019, all items were in great condition. The management is nice and responds really quick. I also got my deposit check back in time. Its been 5 months since I stopped using the storage facility but came back to review them remembering how well their units are maintained, the security and just the ease of doing business and great customer service. With so many services being hit and miss, I am thankful for the earlier reviews left by others that made my choose Champlain Valley Self Storage. We moved from Texas and I was unsure of which storage facility to go with, I am happy I made the right choice. They are really good!!!

Very impressed with this business - it was easy to rent a unit through their kiosk on the day I needed it, units are reasonably priced (and mine was perfectly clean when I opened it), and had a very friendly interaction with the owner while moving items into my unit. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Burlington/surrounding area looking for a unit.
