I went in asking for an engine scan, hoping to get the problem diagnosed. John scanned my engine, found the problem, and helped me find the best parts for my car. Not only that, he was willing to lend me the tools to be able to fix the cylinder right there in the parking lot so I wouldn’t need to drive it home. “Got advice and purchased luggage nuts for some factory replacement auto rims. I had an also purchased lug nuts ; however , the nut seat did not look the same as the oem lugs. Th O’Rielly sales person came out to the car and reviewed the replacement rim seat and the seat of the rim on the car (we removed a lug nut) He determined I should use the oem lug nuts. I don’t have to but since he was so helpful I purchased a set of lug nuts to use with my oem rims next summer.”
