The two guys there, Josh and Dillon, were exceptional! I was there on Black Friday and these guys were swamped, but they moved through every single customer quickly, efficiently, and most importantly politely10/10, can't recommend these guys enough!

Keegan was amazing! I had to go into Verizon because I got a “SIM FAILURE” message randomly. He was helping this “Karen” who could not have been more unpleasant. She was indecisive, rude, and inconsiderate. After exercising the patience of a saint, it was my turn. He got me a new SIM card after all of the tricks from Verizon corporate customer service failed. Thank you KEEGAN!

My son had ordered a new phone and needed his information transferred and needed some assistance with setting up a couple of things. Dylan was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.Dylan is great at multitasking. He also helped select a new phone and get my information transferred as well.Thank you Dylan for helping us get everything updated and ready to go in time so my son wouldn't be late to work.

Low personal and the worst customer service ever, he doesn’t know his job or take his time to explain even when u are planning to buy an expensive phone, he was always on his personal phone while he was dealing with you. No manner, no education, I don’t know his name but he is a tall skinny guy so avoid this store if u want a better service

The gentleman there, Josh, was incredibly helpful, polite, and right to the point. He didn't try to upsell me on anything as a first resort, instead looking for the best way to help me with my problems. Would highly recommend, this guy knows what he's doing

I don’t usually write reviews , I didn’t catch his name. But the guy working there today, idk if he was having a horrible day and taking it out on others?So rude. So unhelpful. Mummering stuff under his breathe. Didn’t care at all to help me, I felt I was bothering him when I was the only one in there.Whoever Fernando is this guy does not like u today.Thanks for the help guy!!! I’ll go figure it out now!!

I had a great experience at this location. Josh was very helpful showing me how set up my new Google pixel fold.He also got me a great trade-in allowance for my old phone. I would highly recommend this Verizon location for all your cell phone needs.

I really like this particular store because josh, the salesman is to the point and is not fast talking. He is honest and makes me feel at ease. He simply tells it like it is with no pressure and seemed to answer my questions honestly. I'm happy with the phone I purchased with his suggestions.

Amateur hour. Still waiting for a wifi hotspot ordered a year and a half ago. (Actually, i did check with the real Verizon store and the devise was never ordered, though I was strung along for a few months). Interesting business philosophy.
