Ok. Brace yourself. Subway shops are ubiquitous, pop-up, gas station, kiosk, predictable, and meh. Now, wait a minute...this one is different. A place that dependably creates your wish as ordered, with fresh rolls, fresh produce, and clean counters. I will go so far as to say this IS what Subway is supposed to be! This location never disappoints and the staff is committed to making an art out of sandwich creation.I appreciate the care with which my experience is met on every visit. It is worth the effort to drive to this shop while skipping over other Subway locations.

i just don’t understand why they’re never wearing hairnets lol. at this particular moment you have at least 3 (teenage?) boys with longer hair, not wearing hair nets and i’ve found 3 hairs in my 6 inch sub.

Both HOT sandwiches were ice cold. Not even warmed up let alone toasted. Worst order ever. Also forgot my chips. Terrible.

New coupons came out so we decided to use a coupon BOGOF , were told they don't except coupons, so no BOGOF, we opted to share a sandwich, we ordered bacon and turkey, there were plenty of veggies, the meat was nothing to mention. Don't waste your money.

I haven't been to a Subway in 10 years due to how poorly I was treated as an employee (NOT same franchise) but I REALLY wanted a sub and while I love supporting family businesses, I can't always afford to. I was so impressed with the employees, cleanliness, and the generosity with ingredients. They seem happy to give you more veggies if you just ask, of course meats and such cost extra but that's pretty standard in restaurants. I'll definitely be back and get a pic before I scarf, lol.

Sub was difficult to eat in the absolute BEST way possible! Jam packed with toppings! Haven't been to Subway in 10 years after a terrible experience as an employee, including insulting pay ($7.50/hr), and a berating manager who'd pull toppings off (in front of customers) if I literally put more than three slices of anything on a 6", or 6 slices on a 12", that was 'policy'. Clearly this franchise values their customers and kindly allows tips. Glad I gave this one a chance. The employees were sweet and my sub was FANTASTIC!

So I stopped in to get a sub for dinner. This girl can't even make a sub to save her life. 3 slices of meat and 2 strips of bacon for a foot long? And skimps on the veggies too. Like really ? Learn to make a sandwich. I had to tell her how to make a simple sandwich. Then she made a mess trying to cut it. I wanted so badly to tell her forget and remake it. If this Hispanic chick is ever there again I'm gonna refuse her of making any sandwich. Me and my girl is not happy with the sub. For $16 I rather go to jersey Mike's. Least they can make a sandwich the way one should be made. If your unhappy with your job then quit and find something else. Poor service for sure. This person should not be working here plain and simple.

Its subway so its okay and always the same but they are not accepting coupons here in Essex which is really frustrating. They should not distribute to this area if the shops don't take the coupons.
