Google my business or KFC website hours are often completely wrong. Prices are high yet somehow they can never be open. Avoid this place, support local instead.

You need more staff considering many people can’t either get there pick up orders within an hour and even if they got it you’d forget what’s in it there for people have to come back and wait another 20 mins to get it. Fix it or unfortunately you’ll end up losing this business because this is really ridiculous. People will wait there change there minds and go somewhere else and cancel the order all together.

Went to KFC for lunch the person on the speaker for the drive thru was nasty and rude. Told us they didn't open until 1230 in the worst tone. The sign started they opened at 1130, when I pointed this out, the person stated " I know what the sign says, we haven't put the new one out there, we aren't open until 1230." The signs on the window and doors said they opened at 1030. My friend and I will not go back. If this is the kind of attitude and representation this restaurant has, no one should go there. I will not go back and neither will anyone I know.

Absolutely insane how things run here. Management hides in the back while everyone struggles out front. Waited over 40 minutes for my mobile order that said it was ready. After waiting 40 minutes they decide to tell us the chicken is gonna be 45 more minutes. That is absolutely crazy to me, you need to make customers aware of the wait if something isn’t ready. Along with the other 10 people who were in the lobby without food and without an answer. Don’t bother opening if you can’t even run the business. All customers left unhappy today.

Waited for forty minutes just to not get our food, I work in the food industry I know it’s stressful especially in fast food, but the floors were disgusting, ended up getting a refund that took 10 minutes for the employee to figure out, manager was non existent pretty much, left hungry with no food…..

Mac n cheese and chicken were good. The people working there can’t count. Ordered an 8 piece and they gave us 7. Ordered a 4 piece tender meal and they gave us 7. Didn’t give us our sauces at all. They were unnecessarily difficult to order from. The chicken tenders and fries were dry and tasted of burnt oil. Subpar experience even for a fast food place.

They are serving chicken that temps at 143°, most people know chicken needs to be AT LEAST 165°. They're going to make you sick, just go to mcdonald's or something. It's not worth dealing with the rudeness and uncleanliness of the workers here. I'd also like to point out there was a young man using a vape indoors, with his gloves on, and no more than maybe 10 feet away from the food.

Ordered using the app for myself and my two kids. Got to the store to pick up our food and 2/3 of it was done, but my meal was not done. Employees sighed and rolled their eyes when asked to make the 3rd meal. Took over a half an hour for them to finally make it, and had to be reminded 3 times. I understand being busy, but if you make part of an order and skip the other part it isn't the customer's fault. its your fault. and we didn't get the right sauces with our food, and my sides were all wrong. We waited 2 years for them to reopen, and the service sucks so bad now!

Can't rate the food we didn't get any even after paying for it. Ordered on the app got to the window they said we closed at 5 today. So we asked for our money back they refused said do it through the app. Worst customer service I've ever seen and the manager wouldn't even tell us her name. Will never go back and will be sure to tell everyone I know how awful they are.

Essex junction store was not open they were having computer problems during high volume hours said they would be open in a hour .
