This place totally saved me after we ordered a dishwasher and range from a big box store and they just failed to deliver them. BP came through and very quickly got us both of the models we wanted within a couple of days! The service was so nice and helpful and easy to talk to. Just such a great experience, and I really feel it should be recognized. Thank you BP!

We are so thrilled with our recent experience with Pete at Bouchard-Pierce. We urgently needed a new fridge and were able to pick one up on the same day. Pete was super responsive and easy to work with. We are so lucky to have such a great locally owned appliance store!

Bouchard-Pierce provided both our appliances and the cabinets for our kitchen remodel.
Tom Pierce was our appliance salesman and was very knowledgeable about the overall appliance environment and warned us that our preferred refrigerator brand had had a compressor problem that may or may not have been fixed and that there was a class action suit against the company for that reason. He helped us decide on all of the appliances. We purchased the appliances during a holiday sale and got competitive prices with respect to the big boxes and were not constrained to stick with one manufacturer. For B-P, the warranty period does not start until they are installed and B-P warehoused them until it was time for the installation. Although the B-P installation cost may seem a little high, one definitely wants to have B-P install the appliances. If there are any scratches or dings on the doors or frames as they are installing, they note it and order new doors or frames. We are talking relatively minor dings and scratches here and on one door neither my wife nor I had even noticed the imperfection but they ordered a new door. It has been a most impressive and gratifying experience. We are delighted with our finished kitchen and are extremely pleased that B-P is willing to deliver a ‘perfect’ product. Obviously, I highly recommend B-P appliances.
Michelle Lonerwright was our cabinet designer and she did an outstanding job. We had a starting point design but she took it and significantly improved it. We were very active in the design phase but she did not complain. She made her recommendations but was not dogmatic in our acceptance of her suggestions. Most of her suggestions we did incorporate and many make a big improvement in our kitchen both in terms of appearance and function. We had discussed and agreed upon a certain cabinet for the corner with Michelle but my wife and I both missed the fact that it did not show up in the final drawing. Michelle stood behind our intent even though we had signed off on something else. One drawer had a protrusion where the installers had incorrectly drilled for the handle. It was a bit rough but mostly hidden by the handle. Because damage included the box itself, B-P replaced the entire drawer. We also purchased the countertop through B-P and Michelle was the interface for that. Without her expert help, clout with the countertop maker, and willingness to spend extra time with the manufacturer’s rep, we would not have ended up with the countertop we wanted. We are delighted with our finished kitchen. Obviously, we highly recommend B-P cabinetry and Michelle.

**not a customerMy parents had a misunderstanding on who was going to empty out the remaining items from their fridge before the new one got delivered. Turns out some items got left behind including my mother's favorite casserole dish that contained the previous night's leftovers.I heard about the situation a few days after and figured I would give Bouchard-Pierce an email. They got back to me and were able to locate the dish!Definitely will be doing business with this company when I am in need of appliances.Thanks again!

Five stars hardly does the experience we had justice. Our gas dryer stopped working just outside the warranty period. We called all around and either got "we don't do that," or "it'll be three months." Then someone recommended Bouchard-Pierce. They had a tech in our house to diagnose the issue the week after we called. The only delay was waiting for parts to arrive, which is of course completely out of their control. When they called to schedule service once the parts arrived, I was ready to wait at least a month. Nope, they were here the next week. And all that while down a whole office because their Barre location got flooded out! Bouchard-Pierce was prompt, communicative, and overall great to work with. They'll be getting our business for all future appliance needs!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They sold us a refrigerator with a 10 year warranty. After 5 years the fridge died. Bouchard is now offering us a $75 discount to buy a new refrigerator. Buyer beware, we spent over $30,000 on appliances with Bouchard five years ago because we thought having a local partner was important.

Ordered parts for my gas range and I asked if we needed parts for the oven and broiler they said no everything is included. Parts came in and asked them to be sure we didn't need parts for the oven They still told me no we don't. Get the parts home and instructions clearly say the oven needs parts. We call them only to find out that part has been discontinued and they won't refund me because I installed the parts that they mis ordered. Called multiple times to speak with the person that sold me the parts no call back and the person on the phone taking my message just hung up on me. Definitely wouldn't trust them to get your parts let alone buy appliances from them.

We recently had a problem with our 4 yrs old fridge. The compressor died and the manufacturer requires using their specific appliance repair folks. The communication with them has been very difficult. They don’t follow up with status updates. After being given a 2 week date for repair, I contacted Bouchard Pierce to let them know how dissatisfied we were with the manufacturer’s repair policy. Tom couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. He confirmed that they have heard about this problem and no longer recommend the product. He immediately checked into letting us use a loaner fridge and within an hour it was delivered. I’ve bought many appliances over the years from them and intend to use them as my only choice in the future. They have outstanding customer service. I highly recommend them.

Our problem still have not been solved after 5 months already dealing with this. Poor and very slow customer/tech service. We’ve been waiting to get a proper repair or replacement washer for our tenant for 4-5 months now, the phone receptionist is usually sounds annoyed and offended when we call and stay it’s still not working instead of doing their best to remedy the situation, they blame speed queen for not having replacement parts, I just went and bought a new one from Lowes since we can’t have a tenant with no working washer for that long, it reflects bad on us, will not buy here again despite the fact the first time I bought here I wanted to support a local retailer, I’ll stick to bigger brands that have more decent warranty and replacement timeline when things just can’t seem to be fixed after 4-5 attempts, so I don’t have to get dissatisfied response from a customer service and blame us why the washer is not working, the tech finally came in last time and we made him watch before he left that the washer was not working properly even when it is barely loaded, there was no over loading to cause leaking or weird noises, he had nothing to say but agree that is was still not repaired after multiple attempts

We bought all new Bosch appliances from Bouchard a few years ago. The dishwasher broke and I called them for service. They asked that I pay them in advance and wait weeks for a technician to come out. Then they ordered the wrong part. Net-net, we've been washing dishes by hand for over 3 months. That should not happen in any universe.

Peter Brigante has been really great to work with. I’ve worked with this company purchasing appliances for many years now. I recently purchased a new Cafe gas range, Bosch dishwasher, XO hood, and Bosch fridge from Peter.
