When I called Caron's about taking a look at the car, Nick told me I could bring the vehicle in the same day, and he'd review the damage and give me an estimate. “After I was rear-ended, I connected with Autobahn to fix the damage to the bumper, muffler, and exhaust. Scheduling my appointment was quick and painless, and the staff was cordial and understanding. When I brought my vehicle to the shop, the process of getting it back was seamless, taking only a couple of days. However, after a few days, I noticed my muffler was making an odd noise, similar to a rusted-out Dodge Neon from my high school days. I decided to give them a call to see if there was anything they could do to resolve the noise issue. They contacted Goss, replaced the defective part, and returned my vehicle to me within one business day. Hopefully, I don't get rear-ended again, but if I do, I would happily return.”

“I brought my car to them for a body work quote and it was a hopeless case, so it turns out. The shop could have easily gotten lots of money out of me and left me without a vehicle worth keeping in the end anyway, but they were honest and kind and compassionate instead. This was my second experience with them, with my first visit resulting in the same outcome. I’d go back, but hopefully I won’t have to, fingers crossed. I’d recommend this shop for their honesty and kindness and desire to help me understand my situation and that I should actually NOT put money into my car, even if that means they weren’t going to get my business. “I’ve done business with Kevin a few times and have always been happy with the outcome. However, due to my stupidity ( backed my car out of garage when door wasn’t fully opened). and a mistake in scheduling things went south. No car on Christmas Eve at 12:30 am. Sent an email to Kevin on Christmas Day and I have to say, he went well above and beyond anything I expected! I am still overwhelmed by his kindness, generosity and most importantly his professionalism! I’ve had work done at dealerships and other auto body shops but Kevin Many’s business is five stars and he is a true kind generous stand up guy, a real gem as far as I’m concerned and the are few and far between!
