I was looking for organic soil. They didn’t have any. But instead of telling me this simple fact, the boomer working proceeded to argue with me and my partner about how “all soil is organic” (not Scott’s or other Monsanto supporters buddy!) and condescendingly told me I reminded him of his daughter. Gross. Go to Gardener’s Supply if you want to be treated like a person.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. They really know things. Had a broken toilet. Showed Rob a pic and he pointed me to the hardware I needed and gave me a few helpful installation tips. I go there a couple times a month for home projects. Would choose Ace over a big box store every time. Feels like your local old-fashioned friendly hardware store.

We needed paint for my daughter’s new room and Al was friendly, informative, and helpful, got us just what we needed. Wonderful having such great staff at my local ACE!

Absolute ignorance! Buying 1 item we were in there due due a computer problem. 45 minutes later we got out. Now my visa has a double change. No Customer service!!!!
